Job summary

Ingham Taupo Great Lake is seeking a Service Manager to own the multi-brand service operation, covering Chery, GWM, Hyundai, Isuzu, Nissan, Omoda Jaecoo, and Holden. This hands-on leadership role focuses on productivity, profitability, and customer experience.

You will lead day-to-day service, drive workshop efficiency, budget delivery, and ensure brand standards across all brands. A structured approach and clear communication with customers and staff are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Service Manager, Aftersales Manager, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of workshop flow, technician management and productivity.
• Clear communicator with customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of Service.
• Drive workshop productivity, WIP control, and labour sales.
• Improve customer communication and overall experience.
• Set, track, and deliver departmental budgets and targets.
• Ensure brand standards and processes across all represented brands.
• Collaborate with front-line to improve booking, workflow and delivery.
• Build capability within the team and ensure accountability.
