Qualifications

• Strong automotive technical knowledge.
• Experience as a Senior Technician, Foreman or Service Manager.
• Proven leadership and people skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and a focus on results.
• A passion for developing others and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Maximise the day to be well organised, productive and efficient.
• Effectively manage our booking and job allocation systems.
• Clear and timely communication with front-line service advisors, customers and technicians.
• Ensure apprentices and technicians are getting training and support to develop their skillsets.
• Foster positive, 'one team' interactions with Parts and Sales teams.
• Be dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience each visit.
