Job summary

IML Group is seeking a Loyalty Programme Coordinator in Auckland, operating in a hybrid setup. You will help members with points, rewards and deliveries, and coordinate supplier interactions to keep things moving. You’ll also maintain accurate programme records and support reporting and administration across our loyalty programmes.

This role offers room to grow and works closely with our General Manager to turn everyday details into a great member experience.

• You stay organised and dependable, following tasks through to completion.
• You have a friendly, human email style and can handle inquiries clearly.

Responsibilities

• Helping members with questions about points, rewards and deliveries.
• Coordinating reward orders and following up with suppliers to keep things moving.
• Keeping member information, reward listings and programme records accurate.
• Supporting reporting, communications and the everyday administration behind our programmes.
