Job description

Loyalty Programme Coordinator - IML Group

Auckland based - Hybrid

You’re the person who's always happy to strike up a conversation. You make people feel at ease, ask good questions (lots of them), and remember what youmentioned last week to follow up on it. You get satisfaction from bringing order to a busy day and love a to do list being checked off. You're organised, analytical and wanting to learn.

Sound like you? We’d love to meet you.

Who is IML Group?

For more than 30 years, we’ve helped New Zealand businesses build stronger relationships with their customers through loyalty and rewards programmes. You may know us as Incentive Motivation, or IML. After 30 years, we’re stepping into our next chapter undergoing a rebrand.

Our belief is simple: loyalty is a relationship you earn.Through the way you treat people, the care you put into the details and the trust you build over time.

That starts with our own team. And we’re looking for someone who feels the same.

A role with room to grow.

This role starts with getting to know our loyalty programmes and the people who use them. Helping someone find their perfect reward. Following up with a supplier. Sorting out a delivery. Keeping the information behind it all accurate and organised.

We’re looking for a warm, organised and enthusiastic person to help keep our loyalty programmes running smoothly.

You’ll work closely with our General Manager, Victoria, learning how the business works and helping turn everyday details into a great experience for our members, clients and suppliers. As your confidence and understanding grow, there’s scope to take on more responsibility and develop.

This could be your first step into a business career, or a fresh direction from administration, customer service, hospitality or an EA/PA role. You don’t need loyalty industry experience. You do need curiosity, a people-centric approach and a willingness to learn.

What you’ll get involved in

Helping members with questions about their points, rewards and deliveries.

Coordinating reward orders and following up with suppliers to keep things moving.

Keeping member information, reward listings and programme records accurate.

Supporting reporting, communications and the everyday administration behind our programmes.

Working alongside Victoria to follow up on priorities, keep actions moving and support the team.

Learning our systems and suggesting thoughtful ways to make things work better.

There’s plenty of conversation, and plenty of detail.

A little about you

You enjoy talking to people and know how to listen. You can build rapport over the phone, write a clear and human email and make someone feel comfortable asking for help.

You’re organised and dependable. You notice what needs doing, ask questions when you’re unsure and follow things through to the end.

You bring good judgement, respect confidentiality and stay calm when priorities change. You’re comfortable learning new systems and happy to roll up your sleeves in a small team.

If you have EA or PA experience, or the instincts of someone who anticipates needs and keeps things running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you too.

We love AI as much as the next business but we also care about bringing the human into business, even in an email. In your cover letter, we would love to hear a short few sentences on how you're using AI and how you keep things feeling personal and still your own.

You’ll join a small team where your contribution is visible and your ideas can make a difference. You’ll learn directly alongside our GM, gain experience across customer service and business operations, and build a strong foundation for whatever comes next.

We bring decades of experience and plenty of energy for the future. There’s room here for someone who wants to grow with us.

Let’s start with a conversation.
