PGG Wrightson in Christchurch is seeking a Loyalty Marketing Coordinator to drive the Max Rewards programme. You will manage campaigns, content, and analytics, partnering with Marketing, Customer Service, and suppliers to deliver compelling offers and events.

The role requires strong organisation, 1–3 years’ experience, and proficiency with Excel and CMS. A collaborative, proactive mindset and willingness to travel for events are valued.

Formación

• 1–3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication and relationship skills.
• Excel and CMS experience.
• Digital marketing experience.
• Highly organised with great attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver campaigns, promotions, and loyalty initiatives end-to-end.
• Report on programme performance and marketing metrics.
• Develop data and analytics reports to support internal teams and loyalty members.
• Create content for eDMs, offers, and lifecycle communications.
• Collaborate with Loyalty Marketing Coordinator to deliver Max Rewards catalogues and collateral.
• Plan and coordinate the loyalty team’s participation in events.
• Manage products and suppliers for member redemptions.
• Build internal and supplier relationships, with travel as required.
• Champion the loyalty programme across the business.
