Te Whatu Ora - Health New Zealand is seeking a capable Medical Scheduler to join the Administration Support team at Tauranga Hospital. The role focuses on scheduling patients for procedures and appointments in line with Ministry of Health requirements.

You will support the Medical Scheduling Team across tasks, demonstrate excellent customer service, and collaborate with stakeholders across Hauora a Toi Bay of Plenty. Monday to Wednesday, 8:00–4:30.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of administrative experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of patient information systems.
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proactive problemsolving with a collaborative approach.

Responsabilités

• Schedule patients for procedures and appointments at Tauranga Hospital.
• Provide support across the Medical Scheduling Team as required.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and effective communication.
