We are looking for apart-time Medical Receptionistto join our busy, medium sized General Practice team in central Auckland.

This is a permanent, part-time position (approx. 12 to 20 hours per week) with the opportunity for additional relief hours. Our opening hours are currently 8.00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.

We seek a friendly, supportive, and committed team member. Excellent communication skills, professional presentation, and medical reception experience is essential. Familiarity with Indici PMS is preferable but not essential as training will be provided for the right candidate.

We are a busy medical practice with a focus on providing excellent patient care. Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a busy work environment is important. The successful applicant will be working alongside 2 experienced receptionists and training will be provided.
