Huka Lodge in Taupo is seeking a Breakfast & Lunch Supervisor to lead our F&B team through busy morning service and relaxed daytime dining. You’ll ensure smooth service, guest satisfaction, and collaborative floor leadership.

You will showcase local produce and NZ wines, support the Restaurant Manager with briefings and flow, and work closely with the kitchen to maintain seamless operations. This daytime role offers a high-end lodge environment and steady schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising F&B teams in luxury settings.
• Knowledge of NZ wines and food service standards.
• Willing to obtain an LCQ and lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team during service.
• Deliver warm, personalised service to guests.
• Share local produce, seasonal menus and NZ wines with guests.
• Assist Restaurant Manager with briefings and service flow.
