We are a collection of luxury private residences in Auckland's Viaduct Harbour. Our residences are home to both short-term international guests, business executives, families and long-term residents, and are maintained to an exacting luxury hospitality standard.
You will be responsible for the meticulous housekeeping and presentation of high-end apartments, working both independently and alongside the wider housekeeping and operations team.
The role includes detailed housekeeping and cleaning - five-star bed-making and linen presentation; guest arrival and residence preparation, care of premium furnishings, fabrics, natural stone surfaces, and wooden flooring, replenishment of amenities and household supplies, identifying maintenance or presentation issues, laundry and ironing when required and ensuring every residence is left immaculate, calm, and beautifully presented.
You will also occasionally interact with guests and long-term residents, so discretion, warmth, and professional communication skills are important to this role.
Meticulous housekeeping and presentation of high-end apartments

Care of premium furnishings, fabrics, natural stone surfaces, and wooden flooring
Replenishment of amenities and household supplies
Identifying maintenance or presentation issues

Professional interaction with guests and long-term residents
Proven experience in five-star hotels, luxury lodges and private residences, premium serviced residences, superyachts, household management, or other high-end hospitality environments
Exceptional attention to detail and genuine pride in your work
Strong five-star bed-making, housekeeping and presentation skills
Excellent cleaning, detailing, laundry and finishing standards
Confidence caring for premium finishes, stone, timber, glass, fabrics and furnishings
The ability to notice and resolve presentation issues before being asked
Good practical problem-solving skills and strong housekeeping judgement
Professional, personable and discreet approach with high-end guests and residents
Reliability, flexibility and excellent time management
The ability to work productively both independently and as part of a team

$ 28 - $ 33 per hour, depending on experience.
Approximately 10–15 hours per week, with some flexibility to suit around working days and shift times.
Most shifts are rostered between 9.30am and 2.30pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work depending on guest and property requirements.
On-site parking is provided.
Applicants must have the legal right to work in New Zealand and be available throughout our busy summer season, including rostered work where required over the Christmas and New Year period.

Shortlisted candidates will be required to provide two professional referees who have directly supervised their work.
