You will respond to guest requests across reservations, arrivals, check-in/out, and throughout the stay, delivering memorable moments in line with Sofitel standards. Opera knowledge and weekend availability are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Reservation/Front Office experience in a luxury hotel.
• Knowledge of Opera or similar booking system.
• Weekend and public holiday availability.
• NZ working rights required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, attentive service and exceed guest expectations.
• Handle guest requests during reservations, arrival, check-in, departure and stay.
• Deliver memorable experiences with high-end hospitality and attention to detail.
• Maintain service standards and deliver positive interactions with guests.
