Job summary

Sofitel Queenstown is seeking a proactive Front Office team member to support lobby services, guest arrivals and overnight duties, ensuring brand standards and guest satisfaction. You will assist with luggage, transportation and breakfast setup while maintaining professional image and strong communication with guests and colleagues.

The role requires a minimum 6 months in a similar role with 5-star experience, a NZ driving license, LCQ and First Aid qualification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in a similar role, including 5 star experience.
• Clean and full New Zealand driving license.
• LCQ and First Aid required.
• Maintains a professional image through presentation / interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day Front Office operations including lobby services.
• Maintain public areas in line with brand standards and cleanliness.
• Assist guests with arrivals, luggage and transportation arrangements.
• Provide barista coffee service and assist breakfast setup.
• Ensure messages are delivered with urgency and guest property is securely stored.
