Hilton Foods is seeking a hands-on Logistics Team Leader to drive warehouse and logistics operations. You will coordinate movement and storage of goods, ensure safety and efficiency, and deliver high-quality consumer-ready products.

The roster is a Day Shift: Wednesday 10am-4:00pm, Thursday-Saturday 4:00am-4:00pm. Lead, coach, and develop your team to meet targets while managing rosters, budgets, and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or logistics/supply chain operations.
• Proven track record as a Logistics Team Lead with hands-on leadership.
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality, and Lean/Six Sigma principles.
• Excellent people leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop your team to achieve operational and safety targets.
• Manage rosters, allocate tasks, and ensure effective use of resources.
• Oversee timely and accurate delivery of goods to internal and external customers.
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, driving continuous improvement.
• Support safety, wellbeing, and process improvement initiatives.
• Manage budgets, stock, and operational costs effectively.

Logistics Team leader.

The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Logistics Team Leader to drive the performanceof our warehouse and logistics operations. You’ll be responsible for coordinatingthe movement and storage of goods, delivering high quality consumer readyproducts, and ensuring our processes are safe, efficient, and cost-effective.

About You

• Extensiveexperience in FMCG, manufacturing, or logistics/supply chain operations.
• Proventrack record as a Logistics Team Lead, ideally with experience inautomation/robotics.
• Strongunderstanding of safety, quality, and Lean/Six Sigma principles.
• Excellentpeople leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Agile,outcomes-focused, and ready to thrive in a dynamic, high-performingenvironment.
