Shift: Sunday to Tuesday- 1:30pm - 1:30am Wednesday- 1:30pm -7:30pm

As a Production Team Leader, you’ll play a key role on the factory floor — leading your team to meet production targets safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll oversee a team of 30–80 people, driving performance, supporting continuous improvement, and ensuring a positive, safe, and inclusive work culture.

You’ll be the vital link between production planning, operations, and logistics — making sure every shift runs smoothly and our customers get the quality products they expect, on time, every time.

Key Responsibilities
