Job summary

Hellers Ltd in Kaiapoi, NZ, is seeking reliable Process Workers to join a modern processing plant. Shift options include 5:00–2:00, 6:00–3:00, 1:00–10:30, 2:30–11:00, 3:00–12:00, and 6:00–3:30.

Roles are Monday–Friday with weekend flexibility when required. You’ll work in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, following strict quality and safety standards to produce high-quality products for Kiwi households.

• Enjoy working as part of a team and contributing to shared goals.
• Have good physical fitness, as some heavy lifting is required.
• Be comfortable standing for extended periods and working in a chilled environment.

Shift Opportunities Available

• 5:00am - 2:00pm
• 6:00am - 3:00pm
• 1:00pm - 10:30pm
• 2:30pm - 11:00pm
• 3:00pm - 12:00am
• 6:00pm - 3:30am

Please indicate in your application which shift(s) you are interested in and available to work.

While these roles generally operate Monday to Friday, the flexibility to work weekends when required is essential.

Previous food manufacturing experience is an advantage, but a positive attitude, willingness to learn and a strong work ethic are just as important.
