Job summary

Sorted Logistics is recruiting a Customer Service Representative in New Zealand, to be the first point of contact for customer enquiries and to work closely with transport, warehousing, carriers and couriers. The role is Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm, with no weekend work and opportunities for development within a NZ-owned logistics business.

You will help keep freight moving, resolve queries quickly, and provide a positive customer experience while collaborating with suppliers and internal

Qualifications

• Solid administration experience and strong computer skills.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• A positive, proactive, and solutions-focused attitude.
• Experience within transport, logistics, warehousing, or supply chain environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Responding to customer phone and email enquiries
• Investigating and resolving customer queries and transport issues
• Assisting customers with order enquiries, shipment tracking, and service requests
• Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers
• Coordinating with external carriers and courier partners to resolve enquiries and provide updates
• Working collaboratively with operational teams across the business
• Providing timely and professional communication at all times
