Job summary

Belron New Zealand (Smith&Smith, Laser, Exceed) is seeking a Customer Service Delivery Representative to join our Napier crew. You will handle customer enquiries, process orders, and address concerns promptly while collaborating with logistics and branch operations to keep customers safe on the road.

We offer full training, a 40-hour week rostered between 07:00 and 17:00 Monday to Saturday (Saturday on rotation), plus a wellness program, rewards, birthday leave, 10 days paid parental leave,

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer service role, ideally with phone or administration.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to provide exceptional customer support when customer expectations were not met.
• Confident with computers and using multiple systems.
• Ability to work independently and rostered hours between 07:00 and 19:00 Monday to Saturday, with Saturday on rotation.
