Job summary

The University of Waikato is seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals to assist with collection management at Te Manawa Library in Hamilton. The role offers flexible weekday hours between 8.30am and 5.00pm and requires a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week during a fixed term from late October to 18 December 2026.

You will review and organise library materials, assist with shelving, and maintain an orderly, welcoming environment while following Library Services guidelines.

Qualifications

• Able to follow Library Services guidelines and procedures.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving library materials.
• Commitment to a fixed-term period and to a minimum weekly schedule.
