Job summary

Oliver Road Luxury Real Estate in Queenstown is expanding into medium-term rentals of luxury furnished homes and seeks an experienced Lettings Manager to establish and run the new unit. You will work with the MD and Operations Director to shape the service, grow the portfolio and manage it daily.

You will oversee owner and tenant relationships, marketing, tenant screening, tenancy administration, inspections and maintenance, while keeping accurate records and monitoring rent payments.

Qualifications

• Property management experience is essential.
• Knowledge of New Zealand tenancy requirements.
• Organised and independent with clear communication to owners, tenants, suppliers and the Directors.

Oliver Road specialises in the sale of luxury homes and country estates in the Queenstown Lakes region. We are now launching a business unit focused on medium-term rentals of luxury furnished homes and are looking for an experienced Lettings Manager to help establish and run it.

The role

Working with our Managing Director and Operations Director, you will:

• Help set up the service, grow the property portfolio and manage it day to day.
• Manage owner and tenant relationships, marketing, tenant selection, tenancy administration, inspections and maintenance.
• Keep accurate records, monitor rent payments and coordinate owner reporting.
• Provide occasional customer and client support and general assistance across the group.

What we are looking for

• Property management experience is essential, along with knowledge of New Zealand tenancy requirements.
• An organised, practical approach, able to operate independently while clearly communicating with owners, tenants, suppliers and the Directors.
• Experience with astute clients, complex properties or detailed service requirements, in property management or another setting, would be an advantage.

This is a hands-on role with support from our existing business and scope to help shape how the new business operates.

The remuneration structure remains flexible, with options including a base salary + opportunity to earn based on performance and growth.
