Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a proactive Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties in Queenstown. You will be the primary contact for tenants and owners, ensuring high satisfaction, optimal property performance, and effective financial operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of property management software and accounting basics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
• Understanding of NZ landlord-tenant laws in Queenstown area.
• Ability to handle emergencies and make sound decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a property portfolio, including residential and commercial spaces.
• Manage tenant relations, including leasing, rent collection, and dispute resolution.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety and lease compliance.
• Manage budgets, financial reporting and vendor relationships.
