You will handle tenant relations, maintenance coordination, rent collection, and financial reporting, all remotely, with a focus on Queenstown clients and other locations. Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Property Manager or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills for remote interactions.
• Proficiency with property management software (Buildium, AppFolio) and standard office apps.

Responsibilities

• Manage tenant relations, including leasing, renewals, move-ins, and move-outs, all remotely.
• Oversee property maintenance and repairs, coordinating with vendors and contractors.
• Ensure timely rent collection and manage overdue payments.
• Conduct virtual property inspections and document conditions using technology.
• Prepare and present regular financial reports to property owners detailing income, expenses, and occupancy.
• Ensure compliance with housing laws, regulations, and landlord-tenant agreements.
