Job summary

• Prepare and issue lending and security documentation.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor application progress and proactively manage key milestones.
• Investigate and resolve onboarding, compliance, and documentation queries.
• Manage customer drawdown requests.
• Deliver exceptional customer service across multiple channels.
