Job summary

DLL is seeking an Operations Specialist in Auckland to support the sales process from settlement to funding, ensuring timely and compliant transactions. You will liaise with Risk, Legal, Finance and Asset Management teams, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

You will review contracts, manage the booking and funding of invoices, and maintain SLA adherence while supporting cross-training and proactive workload management within the team.

Qualifications

• Prior exposure to vendor leasing/finance industry.
• 3 years’ experience within a leasing/finance organization, preferably with transaction closing activities.
• Good level of understanding of documentation, equipment finance products, credit risks and compliance policies.
• Ability to review and analyze information, ensuring accuracy of documentation and compliance with internal and regulatory procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales process from settlement to funding to meet and exceed new business targets.
• Act as the main source of information and support for sales queries on activation and funding of settlements.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders with timely and accurate requests.
• Proactive pipeline management and follow-up.
• Collaborate with DLL Sales Support, Risk, Legal, Finance and Asset Management teams to review contracts and settlement documents.
