The Role

Duties include:

You’ll play a vital role in our client interactions, which will include answering phone calls and providing support or information to clients over the phone

Client care support withinthe head office customer services team

Following up on client files in a timely manner

Support advisers when required

Supporting the team with day-to-day operations and general administration.

Helping our clients with claims
