Job summary

Scott Technology is seeking an Organisational Development Coordinator in Newmarket, Auckland. You’ll help shape how our people learn, grow and lead in a newly established OD function, coordinating learning, leadership events and key development programmes.

You will support leaders and employees with professional OD services, maintain development records in HiBob, and contribute to strategic people initiatives alongside the Head of OD.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating learning and development activities.
• Interest in leadership development and helping people grow.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating learning and development programmes, leadership events and OD initiatives
• Preparing presentations, communications, reports and programme materials
• Maintaining accurate people and development records in HiBob and other systems
• Supporting process improvements, reporting and the employee experience
• Providing professional support to leaders and employees
• Working closely with the Head of OD on a range of strategic people initiatives
