Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group in Auckland is seeking an L&D Specialist to design and deliver learning solutions across onboarding and ongoing development for our Leisure teams.

You will facilitate engaging learning experiences (face-to-face and virtual), collaborate with global and local teams to align training with changes, and refresh content across LMS, SharePoint and Workvivo. This role offers training and Brightness of Future opportunities, with travel-focused perks.

• Experience across the learning life-cycle (analysis through to evaluation)
• Natural communicator who can facilitate engaging learning
