Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group is seeking an L&D Specialist to design and deliver learning solutions for our Leisure teams, from onboarding to continuous development. You will facilitate engaging experiences across face-to-face and virtual settings and work with global and local teams to ensure training aligns with upcoming changes.

• Ability to design engaging learning experiences for new products and processes.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills to work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver learning solutions from onboarding to ongoing development.
