Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG) is seeking an L&D Specialist to create engaging learning environments across our Leisure teams. You will design learning solutions from onboarding to ongoing development and deliver experiences face-to-face and virtual.

This role collaborates with global and local teams, refreshes content on LMS, SharePoint and Workvivo, and builds strong relationships with leaders and SMEs to ensure training hits the mark and drives results.

• Strong communication and facilitation skills for engaging learning.
• Collaborative mindset with diverse regions and teams, tech‑savvy for digital tools.

About the Role

• Design and deliver learning solutions that keep our Leisure teams ahead of the game – from onboarding new starters to ongoing development
• Facilitate engaging learning experiences (face-to-face and virtual) for new products, systems, and sales processes
• Collaborate with global and local teams to align training with best practices and upcoming changes
• Maintain and refresh learning content across platforms like our LMS, SharePoint and Workvivo to keep knowledge accessible and exciting
• Build strong relationships with leaders and subject matter experts to ensure training hits the mark and drives results

About You

• You will have experience across the learning life-cycle (analysis through to evaluation), and you enjoy working in a highly collaborative team
• You're a natural communicator and facilitator who can make learning fun and impactful
• You thrive on collaboration and enjoy working with diverse teams across regions
• You're tech-savvy and adaptable, comfortable with digital learning tools and virtual delivery
• You have a keen eye for detail and love creating content that's clear, engaging, and effective
• You're passionate about helping people grow and turning challenges into learning opportunities
• You will be as excited about travel as we are!
