Job summary

Flight Centre in Auckland, NZ is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to design and deliver onboarding and ongoing development for Leisure teams. You will facilitate engaging training (in-person and virtual) for new products, systems and sales processes, and work with global and local teams to align content with best practices.
