Job summary

Flight Centre NZ is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to design and deliver onboarding and ongoing development for our Leisure teams in Auckland. You will create engaging learning experiences for new products, systems, and sales processes, and help scale training across global and local teams.

You will maintain content across platforms like the LMS and SharePoint, collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts, and help drive performance and growth through effective learning
