Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG) is seeking an L&D Specialist to create engaging learning environments across our Leisure teams. You will design learning solutions from onboarding to ongoing development and deliver experiences face-to-face and virtual.

This role collaborates with global and local teams, refreshes content on LMS, SharePoint and Workvivo, and builds strong relationships with leaders and SMEs to ensure training hits the mark and drives results.

Qualifications

• Experience across the learning life-cycle from analysis to evaluation.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills for engaging learning.
• Collaborative mindset with diverse regions and teams, tech‑savvy for digital tools.
• Ability to create clear, engaging learning content and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver learning solutions from onboarding to ongoing development.
• Facilitate engaging learning experiences (face‑to‑face and virtual).
