Job summary

Landpower is seeking a proactive Learning & Development Coordinator to support the delivery of the Landpower Academy and related learning activities across New Zealand and Australia. You will coordinate training schedules, manage registrations and records, and assist trainers and external providers to ensure a smooth learner experience.

The role focuses on maintaining accurate data, producing reports, and driving improvements in administration while collaborating with internal teams and learners

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in Learning and Development, People and Culture, education, programme coordination or similar coordination role.
• Strong planning, administration and coordination skills, with experience supporting events, training or business activities.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and communicate clearly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint and cloud-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning, scheduling and administration of Landpower Academy training and wider learning activities.
• Manage learner registrations, attendance, waitlists, cancellations, communications and post-training completion activities.
• Support trainers, SMEs and external providers with information, resources and logistics.
• Maintain accurate learning records, system data, course information, materials and documentation.
• Prepare regular reporting on enrolments, attendance, completions, feedback and other learning activity.
• Coordinate learner feedback and implement approved improvements.
