The role covers coordination, learning design and digital content development to ensure a great learner experience.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in learning and development or organisational capability.
• Ability to design and update learning resources for a mixed audience.
• Comfort coordinating programmes and engaging with SMEs.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate learning programmes from planning through evaluation.
• Maintain schedules and resources for programmes and learners.
• Collaborate with facilitators, speakers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Create learner communications and pre-learning materials.
• Contribute to the design and improvement of learning programmes and activities.
• Develop and update digital learning content.
• Work with SMEs to translate complex information into practical modules.
• Test and quality-check learning before launch.
• Use learner feedback to improve programmes over time.
