This is a hands‑on role working across a range of learning and capability programmes for a sector specific workforce across Aotearoa New Zealand. You’ll help keep programmes moving, work with facilitators and subject matter experts, create and update learning resources, and make sure everything is ready for a great learner experience.

You’re comfortable working independently, but you also enjoy working with others and building good relationships. You’ll ask questions when you need to, flag things early if something isn’t quite right and take ownership of your work.
Most importantly, you genuinely enjoy learning and development and want to create learning that is useful, practical and works for the people using it.
