Job summary

You will work across recruitment, remuneration, change and workforce planning, building strong relationships with leaders and teams while exploring smarter ways of working, including AI-driven approaches.

Qualifications

• Broad HR generalist experience across recruitment, remuneration, change and workforce planning.
• Solid understanding of NZ employment law and industrial relations.
• Ability to provide pragmatic advice to leaders and build trusted relationships.
• Interest in leveraging AI to improve people practices.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment campaigns and selection processes.
• Coach and develop people leaders.
• Contribute to organisational change initiatives.
• Support remuneration reviews and workforce planning.
