Foxglove Bar & Kitchen in Wellington is seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You’ll take charge of your own section, delivering consistent, high-quality dishes from prep to service while working closely with the Head and Sous Chefs to keep food costs on target and maintain standards.

With at least two years’ experience in a similar role and an NCEA Level 4 qualification in cookery, you’ll be confident running a section, managing timing and quality, and training junior team

Qualifications

• At least two years’ experience in a similar role in a kitchen.
• NCEA Level 4 in Cookery required.
• Ability to manage a section, control timing and quality, and work with the team.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of your own section, from prep to service.
