Responsibilities

• Wash and clean all kitchen equipment, utensils, crockery, and cutlery.
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen work areas, floors, and surfaces.
• Dispose of waste and recycling correctly and efficiently.
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries as directed.
• Support the chefs and cooks by preparing basic ingredients (e.g., peeling vegetables) as needed.
• Replenish stock of cleaning supplies and kitchen consumables.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Assist with basic kitchen maintenance tasks.
• Operate dishwashing machinery and ensure its cleanliness.
• Follow instructions from the Head Chef or Kitchen Manager carefully.
