Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not essential in kitchen porter or similar cleaning roles.
• Able to maintain high cleanliness standards in a fast-paced setting.
• Good physical stamina; stand long hours and lift heavy items.
• Understand and apply health and safety regulations.
• Reliable, punctual and team-oriented; follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Wash and store dishes, cookware, utensils, and equipment.
• Keep dishwashing area and kitchen floors clean and organized.
• Dispose of waste and recycling per procedures.
• Assist with basic food prep tasks as directed.
• Receive and store deliveries with proper stock rotation.
• Adhere to health, safety and hygiene standards.
