Randstad Digital New Zealand is seeking an HR Coordinator ready to step up, or an Associate HR Advisor building solid generalist experience in a supportive environment in Wellington. You will deliver core operational HR support and gain hands-on advisory exposure alongside experienced professionals.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years in an HR Coordinator, HR Assistant, or entry-level HR Advisor role.
• Familiar with NZ employment legislation and generalist HR processes.
