Randstad Digital New Zealand is seeking an HR Coordinator ready to step up, or an Associate HR Advisor building solid generalist experience in a supportive environment in Wellington. Qualifications

• 1-2+ years in an HR Coordinator, HR Assistant, or entry-level HR Advisor role.
• Familiar with NZ employment legislation and generalist HR processes.
• Proactive, organized, and discreet with strong written and verbal communication.
• Customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial guidance to line managers on HR processes and policies.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Support employee relations, including contract preparation and meeting coordination.
• Maintain accurate HRIS systems, employee records, and reporting.
• Assist the broader HR team with operational projects.
