Stryker New Zealand Ltd. is seeking an Associate Territory Manager for the Joint Replacement portfolio, based in Christchurch, NZ.

You will support surgeons during hip and knee procedures and gain clinical and commercial experience across the South Island region, including MAKO robotic-assisted technology. You will work with experienced Territory Managers to execute territory plans, build strong relationships with surgical teams, and contribute to ongoing sales growth while developing technical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Biomedical Science, Physiotherapy, Nursing, Engineering, Exercise Science, Business, or related discipline.
• Valid New Zealand driver's licence (or ability to obtain one).
• Ability to travel regularly throughout Christchurch and the South Island region.
• Ability to work in operating theatre environments.

Responsibilities

• Support surgeons during hip and knee replacement procedures.
• Provide clinical and technical support in operating theatres.
• Learn and support MAKO robotic-assisted surgery technology.
• Build relationships with surgeons, nurses, and theatre staff.
• Partner with Territory Managers to execute territory plans.
• Assist with account management and sales growth activities.
• Prepare surgical cases, instruments, and implant logistics.
• Maintain product knowledge across Joint Replacement technologies.
