Job summary

Phoenix Healthcare Group in Christchurch is seeking an IT Business System Analyst 2IC to support staff across NZ and Australia. You will troubleshoot IT issues on computers, software, printers, and networks, while maintaining records and enabling reliable business systems.

You’ll work with Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft 365, SharePoint and OneDrive, provide user guidance, and liaise with vendors to improve services in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT support and troubleshooting across devices and networks.
• Maintain accurate incident records and resolutions.
• Provide user guidance and training for business systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve IT issues across computers, software, printers, mobile devices, and networks.
• Assist staff with IT issues remotely or in person, communicating solutions clearly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, resolutions, and recurring issues to support faster diagnosis.
• Support backup and recovery processes to protect data and ensure service continuity.
• Develop guides, checklists and FAQs for common IT tasks and requests.
