Responsibilities

• Provide application development and administration of enterprise systems
• Handle user support calls, troubleshoot, and escalate to vendor as needed
• Involve in testing of pre-release applications and related software
• Participate in implementation projects and provide post‑implementation support
• Plan and liaise with vendors for project implementation, testing, patches and upgrades
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by your superior
