Eil Global in Auckland, New Zealand, is seeking on-call IT dispatch engineers to support our clients across APAC and EMEA. The role is freelance/part-time/casual with on-call tickets and 16/7 SLA expectations. You should be skilled in data center tasks: DC support, racking and stacking, implementation and configuration, and OS patching.

Training is monthly and a Background Verification (BGV) will be conducted. Onboarding includes a minimum six-month commitment.

Formación

• Experience in data center operations and DC support.
• Familiarity with racking, stacking, and cabling.
• Ability to implement and configure hardware/software changes.

Responsabilidades

• Install patches and updates as required.
• Perform hardware and software break-fix.
• Maintain Wi‑Fi basics and network configs (LAN/WAN/Switch/Router).
• Install and administer MS Office.
• Provide Business English communication with local language.

We are Eil Global, a company providing IT services in Asia Pacific and EMEA across various technologies such as desktops, Servers, networks and data centre technologies. We are headquartered in Adelaide, Australia and have clients and offices across Asia Pacific & EMEA regions

Site Locations: 48 Shortland Street, Auckland

Mode: Dispatch - On call ticket based/Freelance/Part time/Casual Basis

Engineers should be skilled in:

• DC support
• Racking & Stacking
• Implementation and Configuration

SLA : 16/7, NBD (Onboarded engineers should be available during business hours and out of business hours to attend P1,P2,P3 tickets, Mon-Saturday)

Each onboarded tech will undergo BGV done by the customer, once the BGV is initiated, engineer to make sure he/she remains for a minimum period of 6 months

Once the engineers are onboarded:

There will be online training every month to be completed during site visit/remotely. BGV verification will be there

• Capable of installing and upgrading Operating Systems
