ACC delivers essential IT services to support critical ACC operations. The Delivery Support Specialist collaborates across IT and business teams to ensure services are understood, supported and delivered effectively from an IT perspective.

Success comes from building strong stakeholder relationships, clear communication and a proactive approach to resolving complex incidents and driving service improvements to keep kiwis safe in work and life.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT service delivery, service support or ITIL-aligned practices.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to translate technical information into practical advice.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities with collaborative resolution.
• Experience supporting incident and problem management and production support.

Responsibilities

• Ensure ACC's business-critical services are understood, supported and delivered from an IT perspective.
• Provide proactive operational support and manage Level 2 production issues.
• Drive incident/problem management activities and continuous service improvement.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and communicate clearly to influence outcomes.
