As a Delivery Support Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring ACC's business-critical services are understood, supported and delivered effectively from an Information Technology perspective. Working across technology and business teams, you'll provide proactive operational support, manage Level 2 production issues, contribute to incident and problem management activities, and drive continuous service improvement. Success in this role will come from your ability to build strong stakeholder relationships, communicate clearly, influence outcomes, and solve complex technical and operational challenges that help keep Kiwis safe at work, at home, and everywhere in between.
The appointing salary for this role is $101,287 to $137,035 based on experience. ACC offers a comprehensive benefits package which at present includes an advantageous superannuation scheme (9% contribution) with features like no mandatory employee contribution, optional life and income protection insurance.
