Job summary

Talent is seeking a Service Delivery Lead in Auckland to coordinate day-to-day IT services, track performance, and keep stakeholders informed on priorities and progress.

You will bring about 5 years of IT experience, including a couple of years in service delivery or coordination, with strong ITIL practice knowledge and a solid grasp of Microsoft on-premises and cloud environments, plus exceptional communication skills.

Qualifications

• Around 5 years experience in IT, including a couple of years in service delivery or coordination.
• Proven experience applying ITIL practices in SLA-driven environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies across on-premises and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Keep day-to-day IT services on track and follow through on outstanding actions.
• Track performance against SLAs and elevate risks when needed.
• Arrange IT equipment purchases with vendors and internal teams, ensuring requirements and timelines are met.
• Work with technical teams to resolve problems and maintain service quality.
• Keep stakeholders informed through clear, timely updates.
• Use ITIL practices to support consistent service delivery.
