Uber Eats is seeking a Restaurant Manager for our Thai restaurant in Invercargill. You will lead the team, manage budgets and service delivery, and work closely with chefs to ensure food quality and customer satisfaction.

You will supervise staff, plan rosters, and maintain stock and records while ensuring health and safety compliance. The role is full-time with weekly pay and a minimum weekly hours target.

Formación

• Two years of management experience or a bachelor’s degree in management.
• Overseas qualifications must be comparable to NZ standards.

Responsabilidades

• Organise and control day-to-day restaurant operations with kitchen and FOH teams.
• Select, train and supervise staff; manage rosters and duties.
• Interact with customers to gauge satisfaction and handle feedback.
• Plan menus with chefs, considering preferences, ingredients and budget.
• Coordinate purchasing, liaise with suppliers and set prices within budget.
• Maintain stock and financial records; report revenue and costs.
• Arrange functions and group bookings with staffing and service plans.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and cleanliness standards.
• Manage reservations and assist with taking orders when needed.
