Qualifications

• Ideally a minimum of NCEA Level 1 or working towards Level 1.
• Previous customer service or customer facing experience is favoured but not essential.
• Able to communicate effectively and follow written procedures.

Responsabilités

• Follow guest service guidelines and ensure guests receive service beyond expectations.
• Work assigned stations accurately and productively; clean and stock station areas.
• Handle all food products according to RBL procedures.
• Follow RBL food safety, handling and sanitation requirements to ensure health and safety.
• Report faulty equipment and fixtures to the manager on duty.
