Pizza Hut Invercargill is seeking three Duty Managers to join our team on a full-time basis. You will support the store manager with recruitment, training, and day-to-day operations to ensure smooth running of the restaurant.

These roles require strong numeracy, good communication skills, basic computer literacy, and a valid driver’s licence. Weekend shifts may be included as part of weekly rosters.

Qualifikationen

• Numerical skills are required for handling budgets and reports.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential.
• Basic computer literacy is expected for daily operations and records.

Aufgaben

• Assist store manager with recruitment, training and store management.
• Support staff induction programmes and help complete courses on time.
• Schedule labour, order food and supplies and develop team members.
• Assist in serving high-quality products and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain stock levels and financial records.
• Manage Shift Supervisors and Team Members.
• Ensure health and safety codes and company policies are followed.
• Negotiate deals for large orders and assist in catering marketing.
• Handle purchasing and pricing within budget; learn P&L.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and assist in store operations.
