Job summary

Pizza Hut Invercargill is hiring three Duty Managers for full-time roles. You will help with recruitment, training, and daily store management, including labour scheduling and stock control.

You’ll work to maintain quality products and high customer satisfaction across shifts, including weekends. Applicants should have a hospitality or business qualification (or six months’ management experience in fast food), strong numeracy, good communication, and a valid driver’s licence.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in hospitality or business, or six months+ in a management role.
• Experience in fast food or retail management is advantageous.
• Good numeracy and budgeting basics are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager with recruitment, training and store management.
• Schedule labour, order supplies and develop team members.
• Ensure high-quality products and 100% customer satisfaction.
• Maintain stock records and financial transactions.
• Supervise shifts and ensure compliance with health and safety codes.
• Assist in marketing and large orders processing.
